A Little Bit Of Relief Farm Day – Dederang

Through the Alpine Shire Councils Emergency Recovery funding, Alpine Shire are planning a Farming Expo/Day, A Little Bit of Relief, to be held in Dederang at the Recreation Reserve on Friday  18th October this year.  The event will run from 10.00am – 3.00pm with a variety of stall holders and exhibits.  After recent flooding, landslip and storm events, we are hoping to deliver an event that will connect our farming communities to essential support services, community services, health services, mental health supports, government services, agricultural services, demonstrations and presentations etc, as well as a bit of fun, food and entertainment.  Who knows what the next 12 months will hold for our local farmers, the more we can do to provide support and assistance to help them through difficult times, the better.
